was at the gym yesterday and while i was on the bicycle, pretending i was cycling for the Tour the France with some hotshot blood pumping song on the podpod, i see this girl hopping on the treadmill with a copy of US Weekly in her hand. She puts the magazine on the front board and the title read, "How Superstars Get Thin". She starts walking and then jogging on the mill and i thought she was going to flip through the pages like any other person would. But amazingly though, the magazine stays put and she continued her workout and that magazine was just staring right back at her. talk about motivation! i don't quite like the idea of working out to look like the stars or maybe she has some other motive. i don't know, but i found myself quickly passing judgement on her and i felt horrible... horrible horrible horrible!
